Fruit Burrata Recipe

What’s more delicious than a plate of Burrata with fresh fruit and warm French bread? I can’t think of anything else! This is one of my favorite ways to enjoy Burrata- call it a pregnancy crave (surprise, I’m expecting) because of the sweet and tart combo of the fruit. Let me show you just how easy it is to prep this plate for your next gathering or to graze at home.

What you’ll need…

• Burrata cheese

• Diced Mango

• Star Fruit

• Grape Tomatoes

• Dragon Fruit Slices

• Fresh Basil

• Extra Virgin Olive Oil for drizzle

• Slices of French bread

• Pinch of salt (optional)

How to make it…

Place container with Burrata in a bowl of warm water for 10 minutes before serving. Burrata is best served at room temperature in my opinion. Place Burrata cheese in the center of a serving plate. Arrange fruit and warm French bread alongside cheese. Add whole pieces of basil as well as chopped basil sprinkled over top of cheese and fruit. If you like a bit more flavor to your Burrata, you can add a pinch of salt at this point. Then drizzle olive oil over cheese to your liking.

That is all it takes!! So easy and even more delicious. This is a fresh and yummy plate to serve at your next event.

Let me know if you give it a try!

Enjoy!!

XOXO, terri
