Do you ever feel like buying in sets is the way of life as a mom? Because I can completely relate. I even take it a step further and try to buy as many twinning sets for me and Avenleigh as often as I can. I’m pretty sure there won’t be another time in her life that she will be as excited to match with me as she does right now. No shame in my game, I take full advantage of that!

Just recently she was needing some new shoes (never seen a kid grow so fast) and thought I would take a peek on the Famous Footwear site. SO many styles had my heart. I found the cutest Roxy shoes for the both of us. While I love to match with her, I still think its fun to choose our own type of style within the twinning process. She picked out her own color scheme and I did too.

We took our new kicks and tried them out at one of our favorite places. These moments, the ones that we get to plan out our outfits and our day are everything to me. Such a great bonding experience with her. Those are the sweet memories that I want to keep in my heart forever.

What didn’t we do this day? We danced like no one was watching. Frolicked through the gardens, and told secrets by the daffodils. It was THAT kind of day. These Roxy shoes are so comfortable by the way. The cushiony memory foam insole is life! When I think about it, we’ve been making memories with Famous Footwear shoes since I can remember. Way back in the day when they were toddlers and I would get matching sets for everyone. Clearly not much has changed, haha. I love the kind of place that I could walk into and find great styles for all of us. Famous Footwear has been part of our storytelling for years, and I’m thankful for that.
